You're invited to hunt the Devils Lake – Lake Region located in the heart of the prairie pothole region, also known as the "Duck Factory". We produce a staggering number of fowl each year. Besides some of the finest duck hunting in North America, we are also home to one of the largest fall staging areas for Snow and Blue Geese in the U.S. Diver hunter? Devils Lake and area lakes will hold thousands of divers on big water. Want to hunt other birds, our regions is home to tons of Canada geese, thousands of Sandhill Crane, and hundreds of Tundra Swans.

North Dakota is America's last frontier for waterfowl hunting…un-crowded, pure hunting like it was in the old days. You can come to the resort as a do-it yourself hunter or take advantage of our guided packages. We never mix groups, and all of our guides are licensed, insured and are members of the North Dakota Professional Guides and Outfitters Association. Northern Flight specializes in field hunting for Ducks, Snow and Blue Geese, Canada Geese, and Sandhill Crane over decoys. With Northern Flight you will enjoy the unique experience of hunting geese in the vast North Dakota prairie.

20 snow or blue geese per day / no possession limit
3 Canada geese per day / 6 in possession

3 Sand hill crane / 6 in possession

Free pick-up from and delivery to Devils Lake Regional Airport (DVL) or Amtrack’s Devils Lake (DVL) Station Building.

Devils Lake is served by Mesaba Air Lines operated by Mesaba d.b.a. Delta Connection and Amtrak’s Empire Builder line.
