Woodland
Resort offers modern cabins, deluxe lodge units, and motel
rooms. Cabin units are equipped with: Full bathroom - showers,
kitchen with stove, sink, and refrigerator, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, comfortable
beds to sleep 2 - 4 persons. Our larger cabins have 2 or 3
bedrooms and will sleep 4 - 12 people comfortably. See rates
below.
Deluxe Lodge
Units offer full bathroom - shower, 3and 4 bed units,
under counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
Lodge units are not designed to do full cooking. All cabins
and lodge units have outdoor decks, fire rings, phones, and
picnic tables. See rates below.
The Motel
Complex has 15 units with full bathroom - shower,
1 or 2 bed option. Each room is equipped with a small fridge,
TV, AC, and phone. The motel lobby has a freezer,
coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Motel rooms
get fresh fresh towels daily. Motel also has 3 decks
and 2 ares for camp fires and outdoor grilling.

* Cancellation Policy
Motel:
Motel
reservations require a cash deposit or a credit card to reserve
dates. You are responsible for the full time reserved.
There is no penalty if motel rooms are cancelled 30 days prior
to your arrival date. Cancellations after 30 days that
are unable to be refilled will be charged to your credit card.
Cabins
and Lodge units:
Cabins and
Lodge units require a 50% deposit. You are responsible
for the full time reserved. We have a 60 day cancellation
policy. All reservations cancelled 60 days prior to
arrival dates will be cancelled with a $50 charge for handling.
If less than 60 days, and we are unable to refill your reservation,
you will lose your deposit and be billed for the remainder
of the reservation.

or fishing conditions. All reservations are obligated to pay
for days reserved.
