Fish Devils Lake in comfort with Woodland Resort's fish house package, the resort's most popular winter offering. With two fish houses: one for the morning and evening walleye bite, and a second for perch during the day. Houses are modern, pre-heated, and pre-drilled, with electric lights, propane furnaces, and comfortable seating — available in 2, 3, 4, and 6-person sizes, with cook stoves on request.

The resort's crew handles the legwork: they run transportation to and from the houses although we recommend people drive their own vehicles on our plowed ice trails , supply live and frozen dead bait for tip-ups, and keep houses positioned on the best bite in the area. It's not a guided trip, but the staff actively works the ice to keep anglers on fish. Fishing runs sunrise to sunset (no sleeper houses — Devils Lake has no night bite).
